Croissant Lamp

The Croissant Lamp is a clever homage to France's most famous pastry. Each is up-cycled from a real unsold croissant, hollowed out by hand, then sealed with a protective outer coating.

The brainchild of Japanese artist and former baker Yukiko Morita, Pampshade lamps take their name from pan (Japanese for bread) + lampshade. Each lamp provides a gentle light that might be described as rich and buttery in hue, if you will.

To turn on or off, simply place it on a flat surface to activate the sensor switch.

  • Each lamp is one-of-a-kind with natural variations in color, shape, and size
  • Anti-bacterial and anti-fungal outer coating
  • Approximately 12-13cm / 5" long by 8-10cm / 3-4" wide
  • Interior LED lights rated for 50,000 hours
  • Requires one AA battery (not included)
  • Made in Japan
